Do you charge money for the membership?
No. It's absolutely free of charge.

For your convenience, you can pay by credit card, personal check, cashier's check or money order, or PayPal.
Do I need any licenses?
Yes, you need a seller's permit. It allows you to collect sales tax on what you sell. You only have to collect the tax on sales made to people who live in your own state. The seller’s permit are generally free and very easy to get. For general tax questions, please contact your State Board of Equalization for more information. Also, if you live in California and have a seller's permit, you can buy from us without paying sales tax. We do not collect sales tax if you live in any other state besides California, regardless of whether you have a seller's permit.
How do I get the merchandise from Baytrade?
We offer shipping to you at our discounted cost, or you may use your own means.
How do I pay for the merchandise I have purchased from Baytrade?
We accept cashier's checks, money orders
or bank wire transfers. It takes from one hour to 48 hours for us
to receive the wires. The shipment is ready to ship once our bank
confirms the wire transfers transaction. If everything goes right,
we try to have your order all taken care and on the road within
2-3 days for inland shipment.
Are there any other costs that I should be made aware of?
Our prices given before a purchase are reliable. Shipping by the container (20 or
40 foot truck) is reliable as well. There could be a slight
increase, or decrease on the shipping cost depending on the
class and weight of the item.
How are products shipped?
By container (20 or 40 foot truck), trucking. Also, products are shipped via UPS ground, FedEx Ground. We ship out within 48 hours. Shipping times average 5-7 business days in the State.
How long does it take to receive an order?
We process and ship orders within 48 hours via UPS or FedEx ground. Shipping generally takes 5-7 business days depending on which part of the country you are located in. Container drop off shipment freight to be decided by the shipping company, usually it takes about 2 to 3 weeks after you place the orders.
How do Baytrade handle returns/exchanges/refund?
First, contact us for a RMA number by e-mail or phone. We will send out a replacement if an item you or customer receives arrives broken or seems defective in any way. For Non-defective/non-damaged returns must be shipped back to us. We will credit your account less a small re-stocking fee. We will waive the re-stocking fee on all merchandise if returns made within five business days of receipt of merchandise.
The bottom line is we want to keep your and customers happy and provide excellent service so that you look good to your customers. To that extent, we do everything possible to quickly resolve any problem order.
Can I fly down and inspect the merchandise before I making my purchases?
Yes, if the merchandise is in of our warehouses.
If I have an Internet web page, is it okay for me to advertise your goods on it?
Yes.
